Brief:
To source optical manufacturers to satisfy the clients requirements within the confines of the customers stringent quality plan.
Solution:
Due to the nature of the problem it was required to source numerous optical substrate manufacturers and ensure they were able to meet the required specification. This was achieved through liaison with the production engineering and Q.A. departments with respect to the quality plan and traceability records.
Summary:
The project was completed successfully and to specification within the exacting timescale set by the customer. This was achieved through tight control of the various optical manufacturing companies involved in the project.
